The Clermont project is a whole home remodel and second-story addition in Dallas, transforming a timeless Tudor within the Hollywood/Santa Monica conservation district into a more functional, elevated home. Thoughtfully reimagined, the design preserves the original character while introducing expanded living space and a layout built for modern life.

The home was fully reconfigured to improve flow between the main living areas, creating a more open connection between kitchen, dining, and living spaces. Architectural details were carefully considered to honor the Tudor style while integrating clean lines and updated finishes.

The kitchen anchors the home with waterfall quartz countertops, full overlay shaker cabinetry, and a balanced layout designed for both daily use and entertaining. A custom range wall and refined material selections create a cohesive focal point, while a custom front door establishes a strong architectural entry.

Throughout the home, layered textures, warm materials, and subtle contrasts bring depth without competing with the original architecture. Each space was designed to feel intentional, blending preservation with livability.
