The Saratoga project is a full-scale home remodel and addition designed to elevate everyday living through cohesive materials, thoughtful layout, and timeless detail.

In the living room, a new cast stone–style fireplace with softened edges blends seamlessly into surrounding drywall arches, creating a refined focal point. Custom white oak built-ins with integrated sconces add warmth, function, and balance to the space.

The kitchen was completely reimagined with a large centered island, custom painted shaker-style cabinetry, and quartz countertops. A custom range hood anchors the room, while quartz and shimmering zellige tile extend to the ceiling for a clean, elevated finish. Brushed brass fixtures and a natural white oak island introduce warmth and contrast.

The dining room brings in personality with color-drenched cabinetry and zellige tile, adding texture while maintaining cohesion with the overall design.

Three bathroom remodels each feature distinct tile selections and wallpaper, creating layered, custom spaces throughout the home. The laundry and mudroom were designed for function, with built-in cabinetry, textured wall treatments, and thoughtful storage that supports daily use without sacrificing style.

Completed over the course of one year from design to finish, this Dallas-area remodel reflects Bella Vista Company’s approach to home renovation—intentional design, consistent materials, and spaces that feel both elevated and livable.
