CONSTRUCTION PROCESS (Phase Two)

Upon signing the contract and making the initial payment, a kick-off meeting will be scheduled at the job-site. The Bella Vista team and our client will thoroughly review the project and we will explain our construction procedures. The project manager will schedule vendor meetings on-site to assess the details of the project and schedule the work to be done.

Work begins with old structures removed and new materials being delivered.   Coordination and communication with the client will go through the project manager and any concerns or questions will be addressed promptly. The project management team works together to deal with any issues that may arise and see that solutions are implemented quickly and effectively.

As the construction comes to a close, we walk the site with the client and mutually agree to a final list of items, compiled on our Project Closure Document, from which we will complete the project. The 30-day Customer Service Review begins at this time, giving our clients time to live in the newly remodeled space and make notes on any items that may not have been completed to your satisfaction. If any items are noted to be lacking, at the end of 30 days, the list can be emailed or faxed to our office and we will schedule the work to be completed.
